According to us, the first rule of ethics is confidentiality. We keep strictly confidential any information provided to us by our clients. If requested we will not disclose who the competis or the nature of the project.

Integrity is also fundamental. We stand by our opinions through our client engagement and will thereby not pursue any paths contradictory to our business beliefs. We are cautious in only engaging in projects compatible with our standards of ethics in terms of MICE industry focus and operational praxis. We’ll never promote and sell any service which doesn’t respond to our quality critters.

All ECT staff is provided with initial and continuous training and is aware that respecting Ethics is fundamental to keep working long in the MICE industry.
